Visa Requirements:

• Original Passport valid for at least 30 days after the intended stay/departure date from South Africa and have 3 full blank pages available.
• 2 Passport size recent photos: Specifications: White Background, Size:35x45 mm, 80% face coverage, photo to be printed on good quality photo paper.
• Covering Letter preferably on company’s letterhead in original signed by the applicant.
• No Objection Certificate for leave from employer/ school/ university clearly mentioning the name, passport number of the applicant and duration of visit. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signatory name, designation and signature.
• Bank statement last three months, with a minimum balance of INR 60,000, signed and stamped by the bank.
• Vaccination certificate, (yellow fever) If applicant is travelling through or stay in yellow fever belt.
• Copy of Overseas Medical Insurance Policy.
• Copy of Hotel reservations.
• Copy of Return Air tickets.
• Copy of an Itinerary prepared by the Travel Agency for the tour.
