Visa Requirements:

• Original Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from New Zealand have 2 full blank pages available.
• Evidence of any previous overseas travel i.e. clear copy of visas on passport.
• 2 Passport size recent photo: Specifications: White Background, Size: 45x35 mm, 80% face coverage.
• Notarized copy of all pages of current passport, including the bio data page, alterations page and back page of the passport
• Covering Letter from the applicant
• Applicants over 75 years of age and any applicant requesting a stay of 12 months must provide evidence of Overseas Health Insurance.
• Employment Details:
  1. For Employed: Letter from employer - stating applicant’s position and annual income including bonus, length of employment, confirming applicant’s leave of absence and the name and contact details of the person providing the letter.
  2. For self-employed and running your own business: Business registration certificate showing proof of ownership and company bank statements must be submitted.
  3. For Retired: Evidence of retirement – Example: a letter from your employer
• Proof of Fund:
  1. Bank statement (Both Personal and Business) showing a consistent saving history, signed and stamped by the bank for last 6 months.
  2. Copies of documents which show any other funds or assets held.
  3. Taxation documents for the last three years.
  4. Evidence of funds to support yourself which must be a minimum of NZ$1,000.00 per month of stay. This can be in the form of bank records, copy of available credit card or other forms of financial background.
• Copy of Hotel reservations.
• Copy of Return Air tickets.
• Copy of an Itinerary prepared by the Travel Agency for the tour.
• X RAY for Tubercolosis screening if your intended stay in New Zealand is more than 6 months.
