Visa Requirements:

• Original Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application and have 2 full blank pages available.
• 2 Passport size recent photos: Specifications: White Background, Size: 2.5 X 2.5-inch, 80% face coverage, photo to be printed on good quality photo paper with Matt Finish (A totally flat finish with no sheen or reflective properties)
• Covering Letter on company’s letterhead in original signed by the applicant if applicant is self-employed or Original leave letter from the employer if the applicant is employed with authorized signatory signature, name and designation with the company’s seal.
• Bank statement of last three months, signed and stamped by the bank with balance of 1 lac and above.
• Copies of Income tax return of Last two year and Form 16 of Last one year.
• Last 3 months salary slips with company stamp and signed by authorized signatory of the company for an employed applicant.
• Copies of educational documents like Degrees or Diplomas.
• Copy of Travel Insurance Policy covering the entire duration of their stay in Turkey.
• Copy of Hotel reservations.
• Copy of Return Air tickets.
• Copy of an Itinerary prepared by the Travel Agency for the tour.
