Visa Requirements:

• Original Passport valid for at least more than the intended stay in Japan and have 2 full blank pages available.
• All the old passports if any.
• 1 Passport size recent photos: Specifications: White Background, Size:2x2 inches, 80% face coverage, color photo printed on good quality photo paper.
• Covering Letter preferably on company’s letterhead in original signed by the applicant.
• Bank statement last three months, signed and stamped by the bank.
• Copy of income tax papers for last 3 years.
• For business owner applicant- Proof of ownership like Director Identification no. Approval issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs or proprietorship document issued by bank. Or Import export license and company Bank statement.
• Last 3 months salary slips for employed applicant.
• Certificate of Employment or Sanctioned leave letter from employer for employed applicant.
• Copy of Hotel reservations.
• Copy of Return Air tickets.
