The trip was just fabulous. The support provided by Ashish and his team was excellent. He was there to help us wherever we needed. It is a big confidence boost when one is travelling especially with kids.. That was most helpful. Ashish has always been available at what ever time we bothered him. Be it emails, phone calls, reminders for pick up, everything was taken care of . He has always been calm at attending us at any point of time.
We will definitely booked again by Bigbreaks after getting fabulous services.

After returning from our holidays in US got busy with work and wanted to share our memories, that we had a wonderful experience with Big Breaks team in our 14 days tour to east and west coast of USA and very special thanks to you for organizing a well planned trip for us. All the arrangements were perfect and smooth during the entire trip, the itinerary was very well planned and duly executed by both tour managers, specially by Sunganda ji, both tour mangers were very friendly, polite and having proper knowledge of cities, a daily brief was provided before the start of trip. The hotels, coaches and other facilities were premium and comfortable, as we are vegetarian and did not faced any problem for veg food. We came back with many sweet memories from this unforgettable trip and made new friends , the entire group was like a one family.

Once again thanks to Big Breaks team and special thanks to Ashish Jain, who responded all our calls and mails.

We spent 4 days in Singapore & 2 days in Kuala Lumpur, 1 day in Genting ( 2nd June- 8th June’17), It was our first trip thru Big Breaks.com, We have received your extensive support to make our trip plan customized based on our special requirements. All doubts are clarified well in advance.

It was a fantastic wonderful experience that lasts lift time. During the whole trip, we enjoyed a lot. Tour plan was systematic and timely manner and happened smooth as planned. Local travel advisor, driver, car, accommodation was above our expectation. It was a very relaxing time!!! It was great to remember and rediscover the joys of travelling in Singapore & Malaysia.

Hi Shubham,

First of all I would like to say thanks to you for making this Singapore package so affordable for me, And the way it was all organised in Singapore that was amazing, in which few things I would like to complement The hotel stay was situated at a very nice place, because the MRT Bus stop taxi stand and the city square mall was just 10 minutes distance away, And apart from all that there was so many Indian restaurants were there because of this I never miss our Indian food there in our whole stay, my favourite restaurant was Sitara restaurant which was just 5 minute away from my hotel, (Fortuna) Hotel,

All the pick & drops were arranged so well because of which we got so much time to explore all the places in Singapore, And the driver was also so good in all the way he was very helpful,

Hear I would like to say thanks to Shubham for being available 24*7 for the assistance, as there was some suggestion was required from him regarding the currency change and other things, So he was always available for help in any time, Once I just miss to catch my bus on time, So I called him for asking if he can do something, I was so surprized that he re arranged a pickup just in half hour, Appreciate your efforts for all this,

Hope that soon I will be disturbing you (Shubham) again for my other holiday packages,

While the above statement stands true ,it also somewhere depicts Our experience with your valuable company & most importantly with our Travel Consultant Ms.Sapna Sharma, who not only positively handled my query at first place the day I contacted Bigbreaks but also responded on each & every question we have asked her regarding our travel arrangements with utmost patience & honesty. I remember she was on chat with us as late as 12.30 am India time when we required some clarity. Would love to interact with her again for my next trip planning.

From our travel arrangements perspective we are happy to share that it was a well planned itinerary by our travel consultant which was delivered close to what we had expected. However as a frequent traveler myself I do understand your limitations on your liaising with your overseas suppliers when it comes to demonstrate little flexibility on pickups & drops which can save some quality time of your clients.

The trip was well organised and in hindsight the correct way to travel to Leh.

The two nights enroute to Leh from Srinagar was good for acclimatising and we covered some of the essential sightseeing.

Only feedback would be that in Leh the package should be with only breakfast included. There are excellent dining options in town and only city/camp where we have an option of not having the hotel dinner.
