16. Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on BigBreaks.com?
There are different Cancellation Charges and Penalties applicable for bookings done on different Airlines. They are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making reservation. Check the fare rules for the booking to get complete information about the airline’s cancellation policy. Over and above the airlines cancellation charges, www.Bigbreaks.com charges apply a charge of Rs. 500 per ticket as standard Cancellation Charges for bookings cancelled through our Call Center.

18. What is an E-ticket?
An E-ticket (Electronic Ticket) is a paperless electronic document , with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport / airline counter when checking in for the flight.
19. How will I get my E-ticket details?
Your E-ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process. If at any time you need to reprint your e-ticket, just login to my bookings, select the flight and click the print button.
20. How will I get my boarding pass for an E-ticket?
You will need to show your E-ticket confirmation email and your E-ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter. Alternatively, you can check in online on the website of the Airline.
21. How do I view my transaction?
Log into the www.bigbreaks.com using your user id & password, click My Account – view the entire history of all the transactions
22. How can I view the invoice for a transaction?
Log on to the website & go to "View Transactions".. Select the transaction history to view all your booked transactions Locate the booking reference number for which the invoice is required and click on the Invoice Number
23. When do I get an Invoice copy by e-mail?
As soon as you make your deposit / full payments, the invoice is auto emailed to you at the email address provided in the registration form.
24. What happens in a scenario where I am unable to make payments by the specified time limit?
In case of non-payment of the balance amount by the specified time limit, your booking would automatically get cancelled and applicable cancellation charges will be applied.
25. How do I receive my invoices, ticket and vouchers?
Depending on the product or service that you book, either an e-document or a physical document would be generated. All e-documents (viz. e-tickets & e-vouchers) are emailed to you instantly or as notified on the site at the time of booking whereas physical documents (paper tickets etc.) are processed immediately and dispatched by courier.
